PURPOSE: An emergency evacuating apparatus is provided to enable persons to quickly escape, and to prevent invasion of thieves by mounting a theft-prevention part in a descent part. CONSTITUTION: An emergency evacuating apparatus comprises a descent part(110), a buffer part(120), a protection part(130), and a support part(140). The descent part is installed in a building to enable people to descend from an upper layer to a lower layer of a building. The buffer part buffers a load of a person desending to the lower layer. The protection part is fixed to the support part, covering the buffer part for protection. The support part is installed on the ground to support the descent part and the buffer part. The descent part comprises a first rod, a second rod, and fixing unit. The buffer part comprises a buffering unit elastically buffering the load of a descending person. |
