PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member in which insulation of a non-conductive part can be secured with good reproducibility and an electrode pattern of a transparent conductive film using conductive fibers is hardly visible and which is excellent in migration resistance.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive member includes the steps of forming a conductive layer containing conductive fibers and a matrix on a base material, and forming a light scattering adjustment layer.
