<p>The present invention relates to quinoline derivatives represented by general formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or prodrugs thereof, wherein the substituent groups Ar, R1, R2, R3, X, Y and n are defined as in the description. The present invention also relates to that the compounds of general formula I have strong inhibiting effect on c-Met kinase, and further relates to the uses of the compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates thereof in the preparation of medicines for treating diseases caused by abnormal high expression of c-Met kinase, in particularly the uses in the preparation of medicines for treating and/or preventing cancers.</p> |
