This information processing device is provided with: an execution unit that executes a command; a program memory at which the commands executed by the execution unit and data are stored; a generation unit that generates a sampling clock signal that has a lower frequency than a clock signal on the basis of the clock signal, which is for the operation of the execution unit; and a tabulation unit that operates in accordance with the sampling clock signal, and tabulates for a plurality of address regions the number of repetitions of reading commands or data in the address regions in the program memory identified by an address resulting from eliminating the lowest bit from an address output to the program memory.
