摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive porous layer that has a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer, adhered favorably to each other and prevents non-uniformity in film thickness of each conductive layer.SOLUTION: A conductive porous layer for a battery includes a laminate that has a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes at least a conductive carbon material and a high molecular weight polymer. The second conductive layer includes at least a conductive carbon material and a high molecular weight polymer. The conductive porous layer satisfies one of the following conditions: that the high molecular weight polymer in the first conductive layer exists more densely in a surface in contact with the second conductive layer than in a surface not in contact with the second conductive layer; and that the high molecular weight polymer in the second conductive layer exists more densely in a surface in contact with the first conductive layer than in a surface not in contact with the first conductive layer. The conductive porous layer can be used in a fuel cell, a metal-air battery, and the like.
