PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a solid surface speaker in a flexible three-dimensional shape and emitting sound from a whole surface thereof.SOLUTION: An electrostatic speaker comprises a lamination 31 including: a cover 12 L laminated from a lower position toward above; an electrode layer 115 L; an adhesion layer 114 L; a cushion layer 113 L; a spacer 112 L; a vibration layer 111; a spacer 112U; a cushion layer 113U; an adhesion layer 114U; an electrode layer 115U; a cover 12U. The lamination 31 is processed in heat-press with a mold DL and a mold DU so as to be solid molded. The adhesion layer 114 is a thermoplastic resin sheet, and fuses in the heat-press processing so that the electrode layer 115 and the cushion layer 113 adhere to each other. On the other hand, the spacer 112 L and the spacer 112U are thermoset resin set before the heat-press processing, and do not deform according to the heat-press processing. Therefore, a solid surface speaker can be obtained maintaining a highly flexible three-dimensional shape obtained by the heat-press processing, without the deterioration of sound quality accompanying processing. |
