PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing reservoir water level securing system for securing water with a necessary water level in a distributing reservoir even when a tidal wave disaster occurs.SOLUTION: In a distributing reservoir facility 200 having a distributing reservoir 201 to which water is delivered from a purification plant 301 by a pump 302, a tidal wave monitoring camera 211 disposed to image a sea level is started by a video monitoring device 212 when an earthquake occurs, and the video monitoring device 212 analyzes the video, and when detecting the tidal wave, outputs a tidal wave detection signal, and a distributing reservoir signal transmitter 213 which has received the tidal wave detection signal outputs a pump control signal to start the operation of a whole pump. A pump station signal transmitter 310 of a pump station facility 300 which has received the pump control signal outputs a control signal to start the operation of the whole pump to a pump control device 311 to operate the whole pump 302 for increasing the storage volume of the distributing reservoir 201. |
