PURPOSE: A system and a method for bitumen recovery are provided to induce bitumen recovery by lowering viscosity of bitumen without water. CONSTITUTION: A system for bitumen recovery comprises: a reaction tank(10) which separates bitumen from sand by mixing reaction of oil sand and a oil sand dispersion solvent; an oscillator(20) which disperses bitumen in a dispersion solvent; a pressure control unit(30) which separates bitumen and the dispersion solvent by lowering dispersion ability; a collection tank(40) which separates and sorts the dispersion solvent and bitumen; a temperature control unit(60) which controls temperature of the dispersion solvent and bitumen-dispersed solvent; a bomb(70) which is connected to the reaction tank through a pipe which is opened by a valve(71); and a condenser(80) which liquefies carbon dioxide when circulating carbon dioxide in the reaction tank. |
