PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small twin bulk head for rotating at high speed in a pulse tube refrigerator having a twin head mechanism having high temperature superconductive bulk bodies. SOLUTION: A twin bulk head includes a cooling member 3 connected to a cooling part 2 of the pulse tube refrigerator 1, a vertical member 4 connected to the cooling member 3 and having a width in the vertical direction, and a lower head 5 and an upper head 6 having the high temperature superconductive bulk bodies 7, 8 connected above and below the vertical member 4.
