PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent a bowing phenomenon by using a support device for holding a diffusion plate. CONSTITUTION: A reflector is positioned in the upper part of an LED assembly. A first diffusion plate is separated from the upper part of the reflector at a first distance. A second diffusion plate is separated from the upper part of the first diffusion plate at a second distance. A backlight unit (120) is formed on the back surface of a liquid crystal panel (110). A support plate (200) maintains the second distance.
