PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a non-power generation region by making a light transmission part touch a third separation groove and a pair of isolation grooves. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer is divided by a first separation groove. A light absorption layer and a buffer layer are divided by a second separation groove. A light transmission electrode layer (150) is divided by a third separation groove. A pair of isolation grooves (G1, G2) is formed at both sides of a light transmission part (160). A pair of the isolation grooves is vertical to the first, the second, and the third separation groove. |
