PURPOSE: A board supporter for exercising including an insertion combining unit on the upper side of a wrinkle unit for absorbing and reducing impact is provided to simply and firmly couple the board supporter to a board main body. CONSTITUTION: A board supporter(20) for exercising includes a board main body, a supporter combining hole, an insertion combining unit(21), and a wrinkle unit(26). An opening is formed on the upper side of the main body having a hollow structure. The insertion combining unit is inserted into the supporter combining hole for fixing, and includes the wrinkle unit on the lower side with more than two stages of wrinkles consecutively formed to be extended in an elastic range. |
