PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device capable of achieving a highly reliable retaining structure without using a retaining pin even when configured to hold a brake pad by a pad pin.SOLUTION: This disc brake device that is a floating type disc brake device 10 includes: a pad pin 66 that is arranged in a boss 28 of a claw portion 26 arranged on an outer side of a rotor 100 and holds an outer side brake pad 42; and a caliper spring 52 having a sliding restriction portion 58 suppressing movement of the outer side brake pad 42 held by the pad pin 66 to a rotor arrangement side. The pad pin 66 includes: an engagement portion 66b engaged with the outer side brake pad 42; a fitting portion 66a held by the boss 28; and a step portion 66c restricting the movement of the outer side brake pad 42 between the engagement portion 66b and the fitting portion 66a. |
