PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that: because a state of a telephone recipient (whether he/she is at home or absent) is unknown when calling, he/she may be absent; if he/she is absent, it is required to call him/her again later; in the conventional art, although a technology for generating a response rate and prediction information (responsive, or unresponsive, or unknown) from the number of responses of the corresponding recipient is disclosed, the number of responses is increased even in the case that a person other than a target recipient responds; and thereby, inaccurate prediction information is generated.SOLUTION: A telephone apparatus having an invalid origination prevention function comprises: recipient-existence presence totalization means totalizing a history with a speech time period of a predetermined time period or more or a history having holding time by a hold-on operation by a recipient user after origination as a recipient-existence presence for each recipient telephone number while referring to incoming/outgoing call history; and recipient-absence presence totalization means totalizing a history with the speech time period less than the predetermined time period and having no holding time by the hold-on operation and a history that the recipient makes no response as a recipient-absence presence for each recipient telephone number while referring to the recorded incoming/outgoing history. |
