PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin for a heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchanging performance, and the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A fin for a heat exchanger includes a flat portion 21 substantially parallel to an air flow direction X1. In the flat portion 21, multiple louvers 23 cut and inclined from the flat portion 21 and arranged in the flow direction X1. Between two louvers 23 in the flat portion 21, a fluid-turning part 26 arranged to be substantially parallel to the air flow direction X1 is disposed. The louvers 23 located upstream in the air flow direction X1 of the fluid-turning part 26 are opposite from the louvers 23 located downstream in the air flow direction X1 of the fluid-turning part 26, in an inclination direction. The louvers 23 include at least first louvers 231 and second louvers 232. The first louvers 231 are inclined at an angle larger than the second louvers 232. The second louvers 232 are arranged adjacent to the fluid-turning part 26. |
