PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a print data processing apparatus in which, when creating print data in a plurality of workflows, respectively, occurrence of mismatching among a plurality of print data items is prevented.SOLUTION: Matching processing is performed between output order definition data of a notification and output order definition data of a payment slip which are sort results of data to be used in two workflows, respectively (steps S110, S120). As a result of the matching processing, if a record of a page identification ID included only in the output order definition data generated in one workflow is present, the record of the page identification ID is deleted from the output order definition data (step S130). A record deletion result is outputted (step S140) and print data of the notification and the payment slip are generated in an arrangement order of records according to the output order definition data after deletion of mismatching record (step S150). |
