PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device and a sealing structure allowing a sealing function to be exerted even while fluid pressure is low while suppressing sliding torque low.SOLUTION: A sealing device includes a resin-made seal ring 210 tightly adhering to an inner circumferential surface of a shaft hole, a sliding ring 310 sliding a side wall surface 212 of the seal ring 210 and a pressing member 410 pressing the sliding ring 310 toward a high pressure side (H). At no load, a seal portion is formed between the seal ring 210 and a tapered surface 611 and between an outer circumferential surface of the seal ring 210 and an inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole. At high pressure, the seal portion is formed at least between an outer circumferential surface of the seal ring 210 and an inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole and between the seal ring 210 and the sliding ring 310. |
