PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit UCI by dynamically or periodically triggering a PUSCH for an SCell during carrier aggregation in a HetNet.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device: reserves resources for a physical uplink shared channel on a second carrier using upper layer signals; and transmits to a second base station device, using one of the reserved physical uplink shared channel resources, uplink control information combining an ACK/NACK for a physical downlink shared data channel allocated by downlink scheduling allocation, and a CQI report triggered by the downlink scheduling allocation.
