PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of a display device in which display unevenness is reduced and display means can be driven within an allowable temperature range.SOLUTION: A display module 10 of an image display device illuminates by arranging a backlight on a back side of a liquid crystal panel 11. To a peripheral portion of the liquid crystal panel 11, a flexible wiring board 13 on which a driver IC 14 is mounted is connected. The peripheral portion of the liquid crystal panel 11 is covered with a panel case 15 from a front side. In the panel case 15, a side wall portion 15a extends from the front side to the back side, an opening hole portion 15b is formed at a position opposed to the driver IC 14, and a folding portion 15c covers the opening hole portion 15b from the outside. By bringing the driver IC 14 into thermal contact with the folding portion 15c via a heat transfer member 21 disposed at the opening hole portion 15b, heat of the driver IC 14 is radiated to the back side of the image display device. |
