PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor that has excellent abrasion resistance and can suppress an increase of potential of an exposure part and a decrease in image quality, and an image forming apparatus having the photoreceptor, and a process cartridge.SOLUTION: A photoreceptor 10 has a photosensitive layer 12 and a protective layer 13 sequentially laminated on a conductive support 11. The protective layer 13 includes a conductive particles A, insulating particles B, and a binder resin; a ratio of an area where conductive particles A are present within a distance of 50 nm from the insulating particles B to an area where the conductive particles A are present on a cross section is 40% or more and 100% or less; and a ratio of the average particle diameter of the conductive particles A to the average particle diameter of the insulating particles B is 0.01 or more and 0.34 or less. |
