PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for integrating characteristics of a plurality of electrical apparatuses that are proper in a power system in accordance with violation of a tidal current constraint or a voltage constraint.SOLUTION: A power system control device includes a specification part and a generation part. The specification part acquires violation equipment information showing system equipment violating tidal current constraint or voltage constraint in a power system from a database, and specifies a partial system being a portion of the power system on the basis of the violation equipment information. The generation part acquires apparatus spot information showing respective spots of the plurality of electrical apparatuses in the power system from the database, specifies a group of a plurality of electrical apparatuses in the partial system on the basis of the apparatus spot information, acquires apparatus characteristic information showing a cost characteristic to output adjustment about a plurality of respective electrical apparatuses belonging to the group from the database, and generates group characteristic information showing a cost characteristic to group output adjustment by synthesizing the apparatus characteristic information of the plurality of electrical apparatuses belonging to the group. |
