PURPOSE: A floating dock and a method for constructing offshore facilities using the same are provided to effectively construct multiple offshore facilities by adjusting flooded sections in the floating dock in multiple steps. CONSTITUTION: A floating dock(100) comprises a body(110) and a ballast tank(120). The body comprises a multi-stepped deck. The multi-stepped deck is composed of multiple decks(112,114) having various heights. The ballast tank is arranged inside the body to control draft lines(11) of the floating dock. The floating dock controls seawater amount in the ballast tank and submerges or floats each step of the decks. |
