PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain downlink throughput for a mobile station UE during each active time even when the handover of the mobile station UE is carried out during data bursts at the mobile station UE.SOLUTION: The mobile communication method comprises: a step in which a wireless base station eNB#1 forwards non-transmitted data to a wireless base station eNB#2; a step in which the wireless base station eNB#1 calculates downlink throughput for a mobile station UE during an active time on the basis of the result of transmission of transmitted data; a step in which the wireless base station eNB#2 transmits the non-transmitted data forwarded from the wireless base station eNB#1 and new data to the mobile station UE; and a step in which the wireless base station eNB#2 calculates the throughput on the basis of the result of transmission of the non-transmitted data and the new data.
