PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-scale, highly accurate reference voltage circuit which does not require D/A converters and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit for controlling reference voltage is provided which includes: several bits of memory cells used as analog elements; current mirror circuits for mirroring cell currents Ion from the memory cells; and a current-voltage conversion element for converting current to voltage. A current value range of the cell current Ion of each memory cell is adjusted to be different from those of other memory cells by using a variable write depth of the memory cell, and output currents of the current mirror circuits are added together to be converted to voltage by the current-voltage conversion element. Adding the cell currents Ion of memory cells having different current adjustment ranges enables highly accurate control of the reference voltage. |
