PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably control a rotation torque of a turbine rotor when a solar thermal power generation facility starts.SOLUTION: A solar thermal power generation facility includes a turbine bypass piping 74 for bypassing a part of compressed air from a compressor 10 to a turbine 20, a turbine bypass valve 75 for adjusting a flow rate of the compressed air flowing through the turbine bypass piping 74, and a control device 80 for controlling a rotation torque of a turbine rotor 21 by allowing the turbine bypass valve 75 to open before the rotor speed reaches a rated speed in an accelerating process of the rotor speed by a start-up device 60 and adjusting the flow rate of the compressed air to be bypassed by a turbine bypass valve 75. The control device 80 instantaneously fully opens the turbine bypass valve 75 at an incorporation timing of connecting a power generator 50 with an electric power system S. |
