PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine-containing resin composition which can be crosslinked at low temperature due to moisture and has a high degree of crosslinking and good appearance when being crosslinked.SOLUTION: A chlorine-containing resin composition comprises: a chlorine-containing resin; a silane compound having an amino group and a hydrolyzable silyl group and graft-polymerized to a chlorine-containing resin by an amino group; and a hydrogen chloride trapping agent without having a chemical structure reacting with the amino group of the silane compound, wherein based on 100 pts.mass of the chlorine-containing resin, the silane compound is contained in an amount of 2 pts.mass or more and 10 pts.mass or less and the hydrogen chloride trapping agent is contained in an amount of 1 pt.mass or more and 10 pts.mass or less.
