PURPOSE: A casting device and a method for manufacturing stainless steel using the same are provided to prevent the blockage of a nozzle even if the superheating degree of molten steel decreases below 25°C by setting partitions with dams or slots to control the flow of molten steel in a tundish. CONSTITUTION: A casting device comprises a body which receives molten steel through a top molten steel inlet, a tundish which has dams arranged facing each other on the bottom of the body and supplies molten steel to the body, and a mold. The molten steel inlet of the body is located between the dams of the tundish on a plane. The superheating degree of the molten steel in the tundish is 15-45°C. The height of each dam is 40-60% of the normal level of the molten steel. |
