The device has an anti-vibratory panel (6) placed under a floor (2), and including a wide main wall and a series of embossings (10) projecting from the main wall. The embossings form zones of contact with a lower surface of the floor. The zones are distributed in an irregular manner on the main wall so as to ensure a contact between the wall and the floor at right side of areas of maximum vibratory amplitudes of the floor. The main wall is continuous on its entire surface, where an external surface of the wall includes openings whose average diameter is lower or equal to 30 mm.
