FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, psychotherapy, namely to health improvement of the individuals suffering overweight, and may be used routinely, in sports medicine, modelling business for the purpose of reaching an aesthetic effect of a variety of the body parameters of the patients suffering overweight. The patient is interviewed to specify the weight improvement program and its rate, to discuss the principles of balanced diet, to form a healthy life pattern and a well-shaped individuals' behaviour. That is followed by patient's clinical and instrumental examination, the medical-biological and physical parameters are controlled in dynamics. The patient is morally supported after achieving the initiated positive dynamics of overweight reduction and reaching a psychoemotional "break" in patient's perception. The first session involves rational psychotherapy by motivating to achieve weight reduction. The second session aims at patient's instrumental examination using Diamant apparatus. According to the diagnostic findings, an individual weight improvement program is made. The patient's body cleansing by monitored evacuation of bowels. The eight-week program and its rate are specified; the principles of balanced diet are discussed, and an individual week diet is worked up proceeding from the specified percentage of fats, proteins and carbohydrates of all consumed calories to be used for one week. Additionally, if needed a cocktail or a mixture for appetite suppression made of equal proportions of red and black peppers, ginger powder and honey is prescribed. The sessions involve a complex of three respiratory exercises for problem zones.EFFECT: method enables training the correct eating behaviour supported by psychotherapeutic attitude aiming at health improvement of the individuals suffering overweight, as well as reducing weight for a long time or permanently.2 tbl, 2 ex |
