FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting blades used for cutting tapes in packing processes and to cutting devices and plants for sealing packages wherein said blades are used. The blade comprises base and multiple teeth attached thereto. At least one tooth of said set has sharp peak while at least oven tooth has flat peak. In compliance with second version, the first row of teeth secured to the blade base has flat peak. Second row of at least four teeth attached to blade base features shape peak. Third row of at least four teeth attached to blade base features shape peak.
