PURPOSE: A method for analyzing through current flowing through a leakage path of an electric device is provided to prevent the generation of trip by estimating a phase of impedance from body impedance data. CONSTITUTION: Estimated data (210) on skin resistance is calculated by deducting body resistance from a body impedance value according to an impedance model. The estimated data (220) on skin capacitance and skin resistance for each touch voltage are calculated using the body resistance. The estimated data on a body impedance phase is calculated using the estimated data on the skin capacitance. The body impedance for each touch voltage is calculated using the estimated data on the impedance phase and body impedance data. A resistance value of a leakage path against the touch voltage applied to a body is calculated using the body impedance. The rate and phase of body through current about the resistance value are calculated.
