The device has channels longitudinally separated and parallel to each other by longitudinal walls (26). Gutter-shaped advance channels (19) are formed adjacent to identical return channels (20) transverse to flow direction of medium viewed alternately from one another, at an end of a cavity (12) in connection with another end of the cavity through inlet and outflow holes. The advance channels and the return channels are extended over entire length of the cavity. The advance channels and/or the return channels are opened to one of plates (14).
