FIXING MEMBER OF SOLAR CELL MODULE, AND FIXING STRUCTURE AND FIXING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member of a solar cell module, and a fixing structure and a fixing method using the same in which the fixing member can be easily attached to a support member for a frame and the module can be detached without removing the fixing member from a roofing material in a maintenance of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: A fixing member of a solar cell module is a fixing member to fix the solar cell module to a prescribed support member. The fixing member comprises: a pedestal part; and a presser part capable of being detachable from the pedestal part, which includes a shank extending substantially vertically from the pedestal part and a fitting part extending substantially horizontally at an upper end of the shank. A frame comprises: a panel insertion part into which a solar cell panel is inserted and by which the solar cell panel is supported; and a fitting recess which is fitted to the fitting part of the fixing member at the side opposite to a side where the solar cell panel is inserted. The frames are mounted on both sides of the pedestal part while sandwiching the shank of the fixing member. The fitting part of the fixing member holds the fitting recess of the frame to fix the frame. A fixing structure and a fixing method using the fixing member is also provided.
