PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wasteful power supply from a secondary battery of an elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator reads user information unique to an elevator user in an elevator hall, stored in communication equipment of the elevator user, and when authenticating the elevator user by collation with the user information stored in a database, calculates an amount of electric power required for delivering the car to a floor where the user waits for the car from the current position of the car and required for the operation control of the car from the position where the user waits for the car to a destination floor, on the basis of destination floor information of the user corresponding to the read user information and positional information of the car. The elevator includes an operation control means, which registers, when the power accumulated in a power accumulation device satisfies the calculated amount of power, the destination floor on the basis of the destination floor information, delivers the car to the floor where the user waits for the car, and controls the operation of the car to the destination floor. |
