PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus and an information display method which allow a user to easily and promptly select a broadcast station or a broadcast program.SOLUTION: The information display apparatus comprises: a broadcast station display module for displaying on a screen the channel numbers or the broadcast station names of a plurality of broadcast stations; a microblog acquisition module which acquires a short comment relating to the broadcast stations from a server connected over a network; and a microblog display module which displays the short comment on the screen for each of the broadcast stations. |
