<p>The present invention comprises an accommodation unit for accommodating a substance to be heated, a stirrer for stirring the substance to be heated inside the accommodation unit, and a stir controller (100a) for controlling the stirring action of the stirrer. The stir controller (100a) assesses the state of the substance to be heated from at least one of heating time and the cooking menu to be executed when the substance to be heated is heated and cooked while being stirred by the stirrer, and controls at least one of the stirring speed of the stirrer, the timing of the stirring action, and the stirring direction, in accordance with the state of the substance to be heated. Stirring that corresponds to mixing state of food during heating and cooking, and the state such as viscosity, can thereby be accurately carried out.</p> |
