PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a medium use procedure system for simplifying procedures concerning group use, and in which time lag to be required from the procedures to receipt of media of the respective users is short.SOLUTION: A station service system 1 includes: a central management device 2; and station terminals (4A-4N, 5A-5N, 6A-6N). The central management device 2 stores a commutation ticket information database DB1 in which valid period information and valid section information are linked to a plurality of identification codes. The station terminals (4A-4N, 5A-5N, 6A-6N) read the identification codes which are individually allocated to ticket media, acquire valid sections and valid periods linked to the identification codes from the database DB1, and sets the ticket media so that a facility becomes usable when the valid sections and the valid periods are satisfied. |
