PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mechanism component and a laser light emission side to be movable appropriately during processing of the mechanism component to take advantage of a water jet laser processing method and form a micro-processing part of a freeform with a preferable processing accuracy.SOLUTION: In forming a micro-processing part by water jet laser processing on a mechanism component 20, a part to be formed with the micro-processing part is processed while operating a laser head 7 side and the mechanism component 20 so as to obtain a micro-processing part with a desired shape.
