METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF CARP SPERM QUALITY

摘要

A method for estimation of carp sperm quality includes incubation of cells in hypotonic solution, determination of dynamics of spermatozoid damage and osmotic resistance of those. At incubation of spermatozoids in hypotonic solution by means of photo-electro-colorimeter the dependence of light transmission of cell suspension on time is determined, therefrom dynamics of damage of spermatozoids is obtained, time of damage of 50 % of cells determines osmotic resistance of spermatozoids.
