PURPOSE: An emotion state content providing method is provided to induce a user to interest content by providing the statistics information of an emotion state. CONSTITUTION: An emotion state content providing system collects user emotion state information from a plurality of user terminals. The system classifies the collected user emotion state information by using the gender, ages, jobs, nationality, and address of a user. The system generates the statistics information of a user emotion state (S220).
