PURPOSE: An air inducing and exhausting method of a cage for mouse culturing is provided to manage temperature, carbon dioxide density, ammonia density etc. in a proper condition for the mouse in the cage. CONSTITUTION: An air inducing and exhausting method of a cage comprises the steps of: injecting air to an inlet and outlet valve equipped on a side of a cage (100); ejecting the inside air by the outlet valve; and maintaining the inside of the cage in a positive or negative pressure. When maintaining a positive pressure, the supplying amount of air of the inlet valve is maintained evenly, and the ejecting amount of the exhaust valve is controlled to keep the positive pressure. |
