PURPOSE: A cloth forming apparatus is provided to improve productivity by a rapid coating, to prevent cloth contamination due to dust and foreign substances, and to improve the evenness of cloth thickness. CONSTITUTION: A cloth forming apparatus (10) comprises: a feeding unit (11) supplying base film and protection film respectively in a roll to roll mode; a coating unit (20) coating a coating solution on the base film in a preset thickness while laminating the protection film on the coating solution; a hardening unit (50) hardening the coating solution into a cloth film by drying the coating solution, protection film, and laminated material of protection film; and a recollecting unit (55) recollecting the laminated material of protection film, base film, and cloth film or only the cloth film by winding.
