The invention relates to the method for production of lipids from biomass, providing subjecting of the mentioned biomass to acid hydrolysis in the presence of aqueous solution of at least one organic acid, selected from alkyl- or aryl- sulfonic acids having C-Ccarbon atoms, preferably from Cto Ccarbon atoms, or from halogenated carboxylic acids at the temperature from to , preferably from to 150 °C with producing of the first mixture comprising the first solid phase and the first aqueous phase, subjecting of the mentioned mixture to enzymic hydrolysis with production of the second mixture comprising the second solid phase and the second aqueous phase and subjecting of the second aqueous phase to fermentation in the presence of at least one fat yeast with production of fat cell biomass comprising lipid. |
