摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, since operations of stamping, pressing adhesion, and indexing operation are rapidly executed in order to improve production efficiency and manufacture a lot of friction plates in a short time, a pressing time is reduced in the pressing adhesion, and it is difficult to secure sufficient adhesive force by a series of these operations, and a problem wherein displacement of a friction material segment easily occurs because indexing is carried out immediately after the pressing adhesion. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a friction plate, a plurality of frictional material segments 32 are adhered to a substantially annular core plate 21. In this case, the frictional material segments are previously positioned at adhesion positions, and the core plate with an adhesive 26 applied thereto and the frictional segments are pressed to perform temporary adhesion. Further, this apparatus for manufacturing a friction plate is used for adhering a plurality of frictional material segments 32 to a substantially annular core plate 21, and is provided with a tool 40 for positioning the frictional material segments by holding the frictional material segments in a state arranged in the adhesion positions.
