PURPOSE: A liquid composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to physico-chemically stabilize piroxicam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmaceutical composition contains piroxicam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition contains beta-cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof and polyethylene glycols as stabilizing agents. A method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition comprises the steps of: dissolving piroxicam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, beta-cyclodextrin, and polyethylene glyocols in a solvent; and adding and dissolving hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the prepared piroxicam solution.
