OPTO-ELECTRIC-BUS MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A photoelectric bus module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance accuracy and efficiency in an optical communication process and an electrical communication process of high integrated multi-chip to multi-chip in an automatic manner. A photoelectric bus unit(101) includes a dielectric(103), at least one optical waveguide(104) inserted into the dielectric, and a plurality of coupling parts(106) having a through-hole structure between a top part and a bottom part of the dielectric. Each of receptacle units(113) includes a second coupling part(116) having a through-hole structure. The second coupling part is connected with the first coupling part of the photoelectric bus unit by using a conductive guiding pin(119). A first electrical wiring(108) is formed underneath the dielectric in order to transmit an electrical signal. A second electrical wiring(117) is formed in the inside of the through-hole in order to transmit the electrical signal to the inside of the through-hole.
