PURPOSE: A broadcasting system using a mobile communication network and a broadcast and communication relay apparatus and a method thereof are provided to use existing broadcast system by adding one broadcast and communication relay apparatus capable of communication-interfacing with mobile communication terminals. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast and communication relay apparatus (400) includes a communication device to receive broadcast data transmitted from a mobile communication terminal via a mobile communication network. Broadcast equipment (500) interfaced with to the broadcast and communication relay apparatus receives the broadcast data transmitted from the broadcast and communication relay apparatus. A broadcast output device (510) receives the broadcast data from the broadcast equipment and outputs the broadcast data.
