PURPOSE: An EPB drive controlling method is provided to reduce drag occurrence and the after-service (AS) costs caused by component exchange by the drag occurrence by maintaining the distance between a piston and a pad. CONSTITUTION: An EPB drive controlling method comprises the following steps. (i) checking EPB and EPB ECU are a drive state or a reset state (S10). (ii) After checking, comparing the pressure of master cylinder and the standard pressure by receiving the pressure of the master cylinder (S20,S30). (iii) In case of bigger pressure of master cylinder than the predetermined standard, the operational value is changed and controlled depending on the state of the determined EPB.
