ARRAY SUBSTRATE FOR IN-PLANE SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An array substrate for an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the reliability of an auto probe inspection process by forming a connection electrode for electrically connecting each data connection line to the lower part of a data connection line. CONSTITUTION: Thin film transistors for data lighting inspection are formed between a data lighting inspection line and a data line. Data connection lines (DCL1,DCL2) are extended from the drain electrodes of the thin film transistors for the data lighting inspection. The data connection lines are connected to the data line respectively. The data connection lines are electrically connected by a first and a second connection electrode. The data connection lines and the data lighting inspection line are connected by a first and a second transparent connection electrode respectively.
