PURPOSE: A social discussion network service providing method supplies a user discussion method and a user interface suitable for online discussion, thereby encouraging users to lively discuss various social issues and realizing a high yield business model. CONSTITUTION: An information communication terminal receives a user opinion from an arbitrary user and discloses the user opinion. The information communication terminal receives a request for discussion about the user opinion from the arbitrary user, and outputs a discussion space. The information communication terminal receives opinions from those who approve or disapprove. The discussion space is horizontally divided into three regions on one screen. A discussion theme is output on the second region. The opinions from those who approve and disapprove are output on a first region and a third region respectively.
